Skin Longevity

Because your skin deserves to feel like you again.

Maybe you’ve started noticing things that weren’t there before, your skin feeling thinner or drier, pigmentation appearing seemingly out of nowhere, fine lines becoming a little more noticeable, or breakouts that seem to arrive with every hormonal shift. Maybe you just look in the mirror and feel like your skin doesn’t quite feel like you anymore. You’re not alone, and there’s nothing to fix or feel bad about. Your skin is simply changing with you.

Skin longevity is about understanding those changes and supporting your skin to stay strong, healthy, resilient and radiant for as long as possible. We work with your skin to support collagen, hydration, barrier function and healthy renewal, while addressing pigmentation, sensitivity, hormonal changes and the visible signs of ageing along the way.

Our approach is never about chasing perfection or trying to turn back time. It’s about helping you feel really good in your skin now and for years to come. And, of course, your greatest skin-longevity essential will always be the humble (but mighty) SPF.

Collagen Induction

Skin Needling

Supporting your skin’s collagen, naturally.

As we move through our 30s, 40s and 50s, collagen production naturally slows and the skin can begin to feel thinner, less firm and less resilient. Skin Needling works with your skin’s own repair response to stimulate new collagen and elastin production, helping to maintain the structure and strength of the deeper layers of the skin.

With consistent treatments, you may notice:

  • Fine lines and deeper wrinkles becoming softer and less noticeable

  • Skin feeling firmer, thicker and more resilient

  • Improved texture, tone and overall skin quality

  • A healthier, stronger foundation for your skin as it continues to age

The goal isn’t to stop your skin from ageing, it’s to give it the support it needs to age well. By regularly stimulating new collagen formation, we can help maintain the collagen you have and encourage your skin to keep producing fresh, healthy collagen fibres over time.

Your secret to Skin Longevity

LED is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to support long term skin health. It boosts ATP, the energy source your cells rely on, supporting healthy mitochondrial function, optimising cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and helping your skin perform at its best.

Communication is Key

If your skin feels: Sluggish, Tired or dull, Slow to heal, Random changes that you just can't explain

There may be a communication issue within your skin.

Throughout your epidermis (the top layer of your skin) and your dermis (the layer responsible for plump, youthful-looking skin), there are six key cell types that work together to keep your skin healthy and functioning at its best (there are actually many more, but these are the ones we're targeting). These cells are constantly communicating with one another, and sometimes those messages slow down, misfire, or stop altogether.

Bio Microneedling (Spicules) helps restore that cellular communication, getting your skin functioning in harmony again. This is where you'll start to see real change.

What you’ll see after Bio-Microneedling:

Healthy, Stronger, Dewier and Glowing skin that simply looks and feels happy

The Five Phases of Skin Renewal

PHASE 01 - Spicule Implantation
Treatment Day

During your SQT treatment, millions of microscopic silica spicules are pressed into the skin. These tiny spicules remain active within the skin for up to 72 hours before naturally shedding, creating the initial stimulus for renewal.

PHASE 02 - Basal Cell Activation
Day 1

The skin’s basal cells sit at the deepest layer of the epidermis and are responsible for creating new skin cells. Following spicule implantation, these cells become more active, encouraging fresh cells to move towards the surface while older cells naturally shed.

PHASE 03 — Collagen Reproduction
Days 1–3

The controlled stimulation created by the spicules activates the skin’s natural wound-healing response. This encourages the formation of new collagen and dermal tissue, supporting the skin as it begins to rebuild, strengthen and remodel.

PHASE 04 — Epidermal Repair
Days 3–5

Your skin begins the process of re-epithelialisation — essentially, repairing and renewing the outer layer of the skin. During this stage, you may notice some tightness, dryness or gentle shedding as fresh skin begins to emerge.

PHASE 05 - Metabolic Renewal
Day 5+

The renewal doesn’t stop once the visible shedding is complete. The skin continues its natural processes of repair, strengthening and collagen remodelling. Over the following weeks and months, this ongoing renewal can support improvements in skin texture, tone, strength and overall skin quality.

And then? New skin.

SQT is not simply about what happens during your treatment. It’s about creating a controlled stimulus that encourages your skin to renew, rebuild and become stronger over time.

The Power of Preservation

SWiCH™ by Circadia

Energise your skin from within.

As we age, our skin’s natural ability to repair, renew and maintain itself changes. SWiCH™ takes a different approach to skin rejuvenation, rather than relying on traditional peeling or creating controlled damage to trigger repair, it works with the skin’s own energy system to support cellular function from within. Circadia’s protocol uses pyruvic and succinic acids to stimulate the mitochondria, the energy-producing structures within our cells. Supporting ATP production and the processes involved in skin repair and regeneration.

This is why we love SWiCH™ as part of a skin longevity and preservation plan. It’s designed to support mature, tired and ageing skin without the peeling, flaking or downtime associated with traditional corrective peels, while helping improve the appearance of fine lines, pigmentation, dullness, texture, hydration and firmness.

Think of it as giving your skin’s cellular machinery a little more energy to do what it already knows how to do; repair, renew and function well.

It’s a beautiful treatment for maintaining the quality of your skin as it changes, rather than waiting until you feel like something needs “fixing.”
